We are hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist who will be responsible for processing and auditing semi-monthly and bi-weekly payrolls for a multi-state workforce across multiple companies. This role may also include handling payroll for specialized employee groups. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in payroll administration, with a strong understanding of payroll tax laws and wage and hour regulations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as HR and Legal, to ensure compliance with company payroll policies is essential.
