Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring a Quality Inspector for a well-respected manufacturer known for delivering complex, high-precision components used in medical devices, energy systems, aerospace, and defense. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Performing First Article Inspections (FAIR) and completing AS9102 or customer-specific documentation
• Conducting in-process, first/last piece, and final inspections using precision tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, comparators, CMM)
• Reviewing and supporting PPAP documentation, control plans, and inspection reports
• Handling incoming material inspections with counterfeit prevention protocols
• Verifying final inspections and ensuring shipments meet customer and industry quality standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.)
• Participating in internal audits and helping drive corrective action follow-ups
• Recording inspection data in ERP systems and maintaining detailed, accurate records
• Collaborating with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality concerns

What You Bring:

• Experience in mechanical inspection within a precision manufacturing environment (aerospace, medical, defense, etc.)
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, or similar quality standards
• Confident using inspection equipment and interpreting technical drawings
• Comfortable working with ERP or MRP systems
• A problem-solving mindset and a team-first attitude—you're curious, coachable, and serious about doing quality work
• U.S. Person status (required for ITAR compliance)
