We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to support our client's team to ensure that all products and materials shipped from the company’s warehouses, or transferred to and from filling and compounding areas, are properly identified, documented, and accounted for. This is a key role in supporting the quality assurance process and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Training schedule will be on 1st shift but regular schedule may change to 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform transactions for components and raw materials in the Oracle inventory system and batch records.
• Record and input resource hours into documents and the Oracle inventory system.
• Issue cleaning agents to compounding and filling departments.
• Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of batch records for filled units and finished labeled products.
• Inspect production lines and report findings.
• Identify quality issues and assist with resolving them.
• Reconcile raw materials, components, and finished goods in the Oracle system.
• Support other QA functions as needed and assist with compliance requirements (safety, food safety, and pharmaceutical).
• Make sound judgments regarding production line inspections and the acceptance of finished products and components.
• Verify batch record calculations and information using the Oracle inventory system.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies in inventory, including components, raw materials, and filled units.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED required.

- Strong attention to detail and good math skills.

- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) preferred.

- Experience working with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and database software preferred.

- Some experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.

- Basic statistical skills (mean, median, mode, standard deviation) a plus.

- Training available for those who meet minimum qualifications.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to wear complete PPE, hairnet, smock, gloves, glasses

- Ability to walk up to 6 hours per day.

- Ability to sit for up to 2 hours per day.

- Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
