Outbound Sales Representative – Warm Leads | Commission + Base Pay

Pay: $15.00 per hour + uncapped commission + performance bonuses

Overview

A fast-paced sales team in Las Vegas is hiring 10 high-performing Outbound Sales Representatives for an exciting temp-to-hire opportunity. Base hourly pay of $15/hr is provided, along with monthly and quarterly bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to pre-qualified warm leads
• Identify customer needs and recommend best-fit products or services
• Close sales with professionalism and urgency
• Accurately track activity, follow-ups, and deals using CRM tools
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
• Deliver a strong customer experience from initial contact through final sale

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated success in outbound sales, inside sales, or consultative sales roles
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Confident communicator with persuasive presentation skills
• CRM and call center software experience a plus
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals
• Open to feedback and willing to learn and adapt
