Maintenance Technician – Exciting Career Opportunity!
Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a U.S.-based business unit that specializes in head protection systems for military, law enforcement, search and rescue, and adventure sports markets.
Location: Cleveland, OH
Pay:$28- $35 per hour
Shifts Available: Monday - Friday, 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Training Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Overtime may be required based on business need, including weekends

What You’ll Do:
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production operations
- Perform preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities
- Use machining equipment to carry out simple fabrication tasks
- Complete basic facility maintenance (e.g., light bulb and ballast replacement, general office support)
- Read and interpret manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
- Diagnose issues, replace or repair components, and perform functional tests
- Operate hand tools, power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment
- Report unsafe operations or processes to supervision
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
- Record maintenance activities using a computerized PM and Work Request system
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with industrial maintenance and basic facility repairs
- Competency in using tools, meters, and maintenance equipment
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and perform mechanical troubleshooting
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
