Financial Reporting Analyst – Life Sciences ERP Integration

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring a Financial Reporting Analyst to support a global leader in the life sciences and diagnostics space. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintain financial accuracy and reporting integrity across multiple systems
• Review and manage fixed asset records, amortization schedules, and prepaid accounts
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and intercompany eliminations
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and perform account analysis
• Support monthly close processes and assist in financial statement preparation
• Post journal entries related to T&E, HR, and payroll from Concur and Workday
• Leverage OneStream for reporting and account reconciliation tasks

Systems You’ll Work With:

• ERP: SAP (newly implemented) and Infor LN
• Reporting: OneStream
• Expense Management: Concur
• HRIS/Payroll: Workday

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and full-cycle accounting
• Experience with financial reporting, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Comfortable working across multiple platforms and large data sets
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Prior experience with ERP systems or integration work is a plus
