Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for our client in Southern California. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading youth sports apparel and equipment provider, helping support the next generation of athletes across multiple sports.
- Location: Southern California (Must reside in territory)
- Pay: 75k base annually + Commission
- Shifts Available: Full-time | Travel up to 50% within assigned territory

What You’ll Do:
- Drive new business and meet sales targets within assigned territory
- Build relationships with teams, leagues, and organizations across multiple sports
- Attend events and trade shows to generate leads and grow brand visibility
- Maintain CRM records and collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution
- Deliver customer feedback to improve product offerings and services
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience selling to teams, leagues, or sports organizations
- Deep passion for team sports and youth athletics
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
