In collaboration with our client, we are seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our clients' team in the Atlanta, GA market. The successful candidate will perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on electric overhead traveling cranes and hoists at various customer locations. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing on-site electrical, mechanical, structural, and electronic troubleshooting to determine equipment malfunction causes and establish necessary repairs.
• Documenting findings and making corrective recommendations to customers, including safety notifications and repair quotations.
• Producing proper electronic documentation using company digital tools and obtaining customer acceptance.
• Generating sales leads during service calls and reporting to the service office.
• Reading and understanding industry codes and regulations, refreshing and updating knowledge periodically.
• Completing service reports and other required documents accurately and promptly.
• Maintaining company-issued equipment, vehicles, and assets in safe working order.
• Following established safety rules and procedures, including customer-specific protocols.
• Participating in monthly safety meetings.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an industrial technician, with 480V experience preferred.
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repair, with some electronic experience.
• Prior experience with cranes is beneficial.
