Eastridge is seeking a skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client’s hiring needs during a key team member’s maternity leave. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units, including corporate, actuarial, claims, underwriting, and technical teams. You will also lead the contingent workforce program, collaborating with staffing vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and compliant contractor onboarding process. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
