Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract – Maternity Leave Coverage)

Location: La Jolla, CA (Hybrid: 3 days onsite)

Pay: $48–$55/hour

Duration: 6-month contract (August 2025 start)

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Eastridge is seeking a skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client’s hiring needs during a key team member’s maternity leave. The role is based in La Jolla, CA, with a hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite).

Position Summary

In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units, including corporate, actuarial, claims, underwriting, and technical teams. You will also lead the contingent workforce program, collaborating with staffing vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and compliant contractor onboarding process. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across business units
• Partner with hiring managers to shape job descriptions, build hiring plans, and execute interview strategies
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and referrals
• Oversee contractor and consultant hiring, onboarding, compliance, and reporting
• Coordinate with staffing vendors for requisition distribution, candidate submissions, and performance tracking
• Maintain accurate reporting on contingent workforce headcount and spend
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and legal to ensure compliance and process alignment
• Prepare and document a transition plan for returning team member

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, including experience in both corporate and technical recruiting
• Proven ability to manage contingent labor programs and external staffing partnerships
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Jobvite, Workday)
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly
• Background in insurance or financial services is a plus but not required
