Summary
As a Senior HR Manager/HR Director (Open to leveling), you will steer teams by clearly articulating goals, vision, expectations, and priorities for a greenfield operation. Your role involves coaching and guiding managers and team members through individual meetings, team gatherings, and consistent communication.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Strategic Talent Review process with Team Leaders (TLs) and Project Leaders (PLs).
- Advise TLs and PLs on organizational structure decisions and changes.
- Oversee company-wide Performance Management by managing evaluation and promotion schedules and processes.
- Drive policy and procedure communications and changes that support the desired culture and company values.
- Analyze corporate-level turnover, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
- Guide and advise on group or function transfers that involve leadership changes and impact multiple members.
- Lead the annual strategic planning and goal-setting process for Recruiting & Retention, including team building, new hire onboarding, mentor programs, recruiting, and marketing planning.
- Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for Recruiting & Retention.
- Negotiate Master Service Agreements for outsourced services.
- Maintain worksite cleanliness according to 5S3R Standards: Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain; Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container.
- Conduct timely and thorough Layered Process Audits in relevant work areas.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MS preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience:
- 10 to 15+ years in HR Management within a manufacturing environment required, with a focus on initiatives, project planning, and execution.
- Global company experience required
- 7 to 10+ years leading diverse teams using proven leadership methods.
- Experience in fostering a performance-focused work culture at all levels of the business.
- HR Management experience in a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing company is advantageous.
