Social Media & Content Coordinator

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $25/hour

About the Role

Eastridge is seeking a creative and highly organized Social Media & Content Coordinator to join a fast-paced marketing team. This role blends content creation, project coordination, and asset management to help execute social campaigns that engage and convert.

You'll be the key connector between internal teams, agency partners, and content creators—owning everything from editing short-form content to managing deliverables and maintaining a well-organized content library.

Responsibilities

• Produce short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories) using CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Suite
• Write engaging, on-brand captions and align content with marketing initiatives
• Maintain a content calendar and track campaign deliverables
• Coordinate with marketing teams, agencies, and creators to execute social campaigns
• Manage digital asset libraries and content usage rights
• Support influencer and UGC partnerships, including outreach, gifting, and content tracking

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years’ experience in social media, content coordination, or digital marketing
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Proficient in short-form content editing tools
• Highly organized and detail-driven
• Familiar with social trends, platform best practices, and content analytics
• Bonus: Experience with Airtable, Notion, influencer tools, or DTC/e-commerce brands
