Eastridge Workforce solutions is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for a leading supplier of rigging and safety-critical equipment for the mining, industrial, and construction industries in the Southwest part of Las Vegas, NV. As their business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join their dynamic team. As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include handling incoming and outgoing packages, tracking inventory, maintaining accurate records, packaging and weighing items, printing shipping labels and postage, inspecting goods received for damage, and distributing products to other departments. Additionally, you will operate a sit-down forklift to move materials within the warehouse.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock.
• Receiving, stocking, and stacking inventory.
• Pulling, packing, and loading items for shipment.
• Demonstrating good written and verbal communication skills.
• Exhibiting a strong sense of time organization and urgency.
• Working independently and collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of shipping/receiving experience.
• Forklift Certification is a plus.
• Must possess steel-toe boots for safety compliance.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
