Eastridge Workforce Solutions is partnering with a turnkey manufacturer of wiring harnesses in its search for a Sales Support Representative. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., non-exempt position. For immediate consideration, apply today.

Job Summary – 

Under the supervision of the Sales Director, compiles information needed to prepare quote and provide pricing to customer. Receives and answers customer questions, comments and complaints. Uses knowledge of company services to match customer needs and suggests alternatives where applicable/beneficial. Acts as a liaison between the customer and various company departments, position requires extensive problem solving skills. Performs other work as needed.

Desirable Qualifications for Position –

• Sales or Customer Service experience of at least three years.
• Office setting experience of at least one year.
• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and able to accomplish objective.
• Ability to work under pressure and minimal supervision.

 Position Requirements –

• Satisfactory completion of some college work. A college degree is preferred. Will consider working experience in lieu of a degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with computer competency, including Excel and Word.
• Bilingual – English/Spanish or English/Japanese(verbal and written). 
• Candidates’ skills will be tested.
