Eastridge Workforce Solutions is collaborating with a premier pharmaceutical manufacturer, packager, and distributor of over-the-counter pharmaceutical products and consumer healthcare goods. We are actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Workers to join our Lynwood, CA client's team.

Shifts Available:

• Monday to Friday: 05:00 am to 01:30 pm

• Monday to Friday: 01:00 pm to 09:30 pm

• Monday to Friday: 09:00 pm to 05:30 am

Responsibilities:

As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the packaging line. Your key duties will include:

• Adhering to company rules and following directions given by the Line Leader or Backup Line Leader.

• Continuously feeding the machines with the correct bottles to maintain uninterrupted production.

• Reviewing packaging specifications and pick slips during start-up to ensure accurate packaging of products.

• Operating machines in your zone and ensuring the production of high-quality, defect-free products.

• Reporting product quality, safety concerns, and machinery malfunctions to the Line Leader or Backup Line Leader.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Comfortable working with small products for extended periods.

• Basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

• Capable of performing repetitive motions for extended periods.

• Willingness to work in a standing/walking position throughout the shift.

• Proficient in following written instructions.
