- Location: Rancho Santa Margarita, CA
- Pay: $100,000 – $125,000 + 20% Yearly Bonus
- Shifts Available: Monday–Friday | Standard Day Shift

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet business demands and shipment goals
- Ensure optimal use of resources, labor, and machinery to meet production deadlines
- Lead, supervise, and develop a motivated and productive team of production staff
- Promote continuous improvement in quality, safety, and process efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement proactive safety measures
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in a manufacturing setting
- Experience with production planning, process improvements, and quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of machines, tools, and production processes
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite), and equipment maintenance
- Excellent math, measuring, and communication skills
