Schedule: FRI/SAT/SUN 5:30AM - 5:30PM (day shift) 5:30PM - 5:30AM (Night Shift)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working individually or in teams or cells, the Production Associate/Operator is responsible for accurately and efficiently operating equipment and performing duties required to produce products that meet customer quality, delivery schedules and cost standards, while following all safety policies. The Operator completes documentation in accordance with existing policies and procedures and participates in continuous improvement activities. Operates complex machinery with minimal supervision. Supports training and development of team members based on his/her demonstrated performance qualifications. Supports set-up of complex equipment as required including but not limited to verification of capability to meet customer requirements on completion of set-up. 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience plus experience as an Operator 1.
• General manufacturing skills, blue print reading, intermediate math skills, measurement and standard metrics and basic computer skills.
• Demonstrated ability to set-up and run more complex machinery.
