Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Procurement Specialist for our client in Carlsbad, CA. What You’ll Do:
The Procurement Specialist is responsible for executing tactical activities within the Procurement-to-Pay process to maintain operational excellence. This role supports the purchasing team in managing subcontractors and oversees the procurement of finished goods and direct materials.
- Monitor subcontractor manufacturing production output and on-time delivery performance, preparing KPI reports.
- Reconcile consignment inventory with third-party suppliers.
- Collaborate with suppliers and warehouses to facilitate physical inventory transfers and virtual inventory transitions.
- Assist Accounts Payable and suppliers with payment-related issues.
- Plan procurement using MRP, item history, and buyer judgment.
- Ensure compliance with established business policies and procurement procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Required: BA/BS degree in a related field with 1+ years of experience OR High school diploma with 5+ years of experience.
- Med Device experience a plus.
- Preferred Certifications: APICS CPIM, CFPIM, or CIRM; or NAPM CPM.
