Eastridge is seeking a couple of Part Time Janitors for their client, an innovative greenhouse manufacturing company in Huntington Beach, CA. Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
• Refill soap dispensers, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners.
• Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate personnel.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
• Report any safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Work collaboratively with other janitorial staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate cleaning schedules and priorities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and use of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
• Good communication skills.
