Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager for our client in Lynwood, CA. This is an exciting direct hire opportunity with a well-established and growing pharmaceutical company.
- Location: Lynwood, CA
- Pay: $95,000–$105,000 annually + Shift Differential
- Shifts Available: 3rd Shift

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations in filling and secondary packaging for a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
- Manage production goals, operational planning, and CAPEX initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement SOPs and continuous improvement strategies.
- Lead KPI tracking, operational reporting, and team performance management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of management experience in a regulated manufacturing industry (pharmaceutical or food).
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, OSHA, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience in purchasing, scheduling, QA/QC is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, operational deviations, and corrective actions.
