Marketing Communications Specialist (Remote – EST Hours)

Job Type: Temporary

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Pay Range: $43/hr – $50/hr

Position Overview

A fast-paced global marketing team is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to support the execution of integrated campaigns across digital platforms, webinars, and internal tools. This role requires strong project coordination skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned communications projects and maintain visibility through the team’s activity tracker
• Intake, categorize, and input marketing requests into Workfront (or similar project management tool); track and monitor progress
• Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to execute components of marketing campaigns (email, web, surveys, etc.)
• Develop and present campaign reporting using established templates and dashboards
• Coordinate all aspects of webinar logistics, including invitations, platform setup (GoToMeeting preferred), reporting, and post-event CRM data entry
• Monitor campaign metrics and performance against KPIs; identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Support consistency in execution and communication across global campaigns

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 2 years in marketing, communications, brand, or agency-related roles
• Strong digital marketing experience and understanding of KPIs and reporting best practices
• Experience using Workfront or similar project management systems preferred
• Previous exposure to life sciences, biotechnology, medical device, pharma, or advanced tech industries highly desirable
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative and solutions-focused mindset

This is a remote position operating during Eastern Time business hours.
