Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to support the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of advanced power electronic systems. The ideal candidate has experience working with electro-mechanical components, strong technical skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and wire electrical and electronic components per engineering drawings and work instructions
• Conduct functional tests and validation of inverters and power systems
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty assemblies and subassemblies
• Inspect components and final products to ensure quality standards and compliance
• Maintain accurate documentation of assembly and test processes
• Operate manufacturing tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve technical issues
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality protocols

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or technician role
• Proficient with hand tools, multimeters, and oscilloscopes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and bills of materials (BOMs)
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office, ERP systems)
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a production environment with exposure to electrical systems
