Manufacturing Technician III – 1st Shift | $22.38/hr

We’re hiring a Manufacturing Technician III for a full-time, first-shift role in a clean, regulated environment. 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay

$22.38 per hour + long-term growth potential

What You’ll Do

• Assemble high-quality medical components using precision tools and techniques
• Clean, prepare, and inspect materials in a controlled cleanroom environment
• Package and label finished products to meet strict quality standards
• Maintain accurate documentation using Microsoft Office and digital tracking systems
• Participate in audits, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives
• Work closely with team members and leadership to meet daily production goals

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in a regulated industry such as medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Prior cleanroom experience with assembly, inspection, or material handling
• Strong understanding of GMP and QSR compliance
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, accuracy, and documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and document/ERP systems (CATSWeb, Expandable, or similar)
• Clear communicator with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
