Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician III for our client in Desoto, TX. This is an opportunity to work with a well-established food production facility known for its high standards and team-oriented environment.

• Location: Desoto, TX
• Pay: $33.86 – $39.85/hr DOE + Overtime Opportunities
• Shifts Available: Second Shift (Mon–Fri, 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM) – Some weekends & holidays required

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and fine-tune packaging equipment (VFFS systems)
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits, sensors, and field devices
• Maintain pumps, piping systems, metal detectors, and conveyors
• Document maintenance and repair activities in the MMS system
• Support safe and efficient operations in a refrigerated production facility

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and process systems
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and servo drive systems a plus
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
• Comfortable working in cold environments (down to 34°F) and lifting up to 70 lbs
