Job Summary

The Industrial Maintenance Technician supports the maintenance and reliability of our manufacturing machinery, systems, and building infrastructure. You’ll troubleshoot and repair equipment including injection molding machines, CNC equipment, and other industrial systems. This role combines mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders
• Support emergency repairs and respond quickly to minimize downtime
• Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve system reliability
• Work with outside vendors for specialized maintenance or installations
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records
• Comply with OSHA, company safety rules, and AS9100 quality standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Proven experience in industrial or facilities maintenance
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Proficient with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and mechanical troubleshooting
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in variable conditions (noise, heat, etc.)
• General math skills and basic computer proficiency
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willing to work flexible hours or overtime when needed

Preferred:

• Technical degree or trade certification
• Experience in injection molding or CNC machining environments
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
