Eastridge Workforce Solutions is urgently hiring a Machine Maintenance Mechanic for a day-shift position at one of the area’s largest manufacturing facilities. This role plays a key part in maintaining electrical systems, machinery, and facility equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Location: Reynoldsburg, OH

Pay: $27 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical machinery and components
• Rewire or connect machines based on technical specifications
• Inspect, test, and adjust systems to ensure proper functionality
• Calibrate and replace machine components as needed
• Plan and execute work using blueprints, manuals, and diagrams
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and recommendations
• Respond to maintenance-related safety and security calls
• Set up new machinery, ensuring compliance with wiring standards
• Use hand and power tools for disassembly and reassembly of equipment
• Coordinate with the team to maintain equipment readiness and prevent downtime
• Perform other related maintenance and repair tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of experience in maintenance, electrical repair, or a related trade preferred
• Ability to read technical manuals and interpret safety and operating procedures
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Forklift training certification and valid driver’s license required

Tools & Equipment Used:

• Forklifts, pallet jacks, lawn tractors, snow blowers, and company vehicles
• Power tools (saws, nail guns, drills, grinders, etc.)

Work Environment:

• Frequent exposure to industrial noise and sawdust
• Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions
• Physically active role with frequent standing, walking, and use of hands
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
