Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Assistant/Handyman for one of the world’s leading providers of gaming solutions. Our Las Vegas NV, client designs, manufactures, and markets gaming machines and software. This opportunity offers a Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm schedule.  Responsibilities:

•  Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure and well-maintained
• Prepare review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Acquire, distribute, and store supplies
• Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies

 Requirements:

 Experience in the work order system

• Working knowledge of HVAC evaporative cooler systems
• Knowledge of building trades, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and general building practices
• Knowledge of facility regulations and safety standards (OSHA, EPA, ADA, CFC, NFPA)
• Maintain a safe work environment for all employees
• Parts ordering, inventory control, supplies and equipment

 Education:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
