Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Irvine, CA 92602 (Onsite Only)

Employment Type: Temporary (through August 2025)

Pay Rate: $22/hour (may increase to $23/hour based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (35 hours/week with some flexibility)

About the Role

A growing organization in Irvine is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support shipping, inventory management, and light technical tasks. This is a temporary onsite role that offers daily lunch, schedule flexibility, and a professional but relaxed work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Track inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure stock accuracy
• Prepare, package, and ship materials
• Install pre-set software onto tablets before distribution
• Accurately enter and track serial numbers, shipments, and logistics costs
• Use Microsoft Excel for basic reporting and inventory tracking
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Perform occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs regularly; heavier items supported by team)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• At least 1 year of logistics, shipping, or inventory experience (or related transferable experience)
• Comfortable learning new technologies (training provided)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Effective communicator and team player
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs consistently; up to 50 lbs occasionally with assistance
