Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Litigation Associate for our client in Tustin, CA. This is an opportunity to join a full-service education law firm that serves school districts, colleges, and universities. The firm provides services including labor and employment, public finance, construction, business matters, board governance, and litigation.
- Location: Tustin, CA
- Pay: $150k-$225k
- Schedule: Hybrid after 60 days

What You’ll Do:
- Represent clients in litigation, mediation, arbitration, and administrative hearings across federal and state courts.
- Advise on education law, employment disputes, employee discipline, workplace investigations, and ADA compliance.
- Support collective bargaining and labor relations for school personnel.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be in good standing with the CA Bar
- J.D, from an ABA approved law school
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- Background in public agency and/or employment law is preferred but not required
- Team player who is innovative and eager for professional advancement
