Eastridge Workforce Solutions Legal team is recruiting for a Legal Practice Assistant for a San Diego law firm. Responsibilities include:
- Assist 10+ legal assistants with overflow administrative tasks for both Business Litigation And Employment Practice Groups.
- Provide high-level administrative support by proofing and drafting documents, maintaining physical and electronic files, and entering daily attorney time.
- Create, edit and update various legal documents including Captions and Prooofs.
- Coordinate and complete internal procedures for the preparation of audit letter responses.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- One to two years of law firm experience
- Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- High attention to detail
