Eastridge Workforce Solutions legal team is actively recruiting for a Legal Assistant to support the Chief Legal Officer and Sr. Corporate Counsel of a San Diego based company. This is a mid-level position, requiring three to five years of experience, no more. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Proactively maintain calendars and daily schedules for Legal Executives; discern appropriate action and prioritizations of events
• Handle communications and connect with both internal and external parties with a high level of integrity and tact
• Provide full administrative support including and not limited to schedule management, travel arrangements, expense/invoice management
• Develop presentations, templates, and spreadsheets at the highest level; proofread, and edit presentations as needed

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and a minimum of three years of Legal Assistant experience including ravel arrangements and executive calendar management expertise. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Word) technologies is also required.

• Schedule: 8:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. two days onsite.
