Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an Inventory Control Associate for our client in Chandler, AZ. Position Details:

• Location: Chandler, AZ
• Pay: $19.75/hour + Overtime Opportunities
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• Training Schedule: First Shift | Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

As an Inventory Control Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting warehouse operations:

• Research and resolve discrepancies between system records and physical inventory
• Audit and submit corrections through journal entries
• Participate in periodic and special inventory counts
• Reconcile inventory variances and investigate root causes
• Maintain documentation to ensure an accurate inventory audit trail
• Review and update inventory lead times, shipping records, and debit logs
• Use systems (e.g., WMS, ERP) to track, update, and maintain inventory information
• Identify and support process improvement opportunities through key metrics
• Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Less than one year of relevant experience is fine - training provided
• Familiarity with Excel for basic data entry and review
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally
• Willing to bend, stoop, squat, climb ladders, and work at heights up to 15 feet
• Comfortable using or learning forklift and power industrial equipment (PIT)
• Ability to wear PPE consistently as required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
