Job Description:

As a Forklift Operator with a valid certification, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations. Operating various equipment including sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, reach forklifts, and electric rider pallet jacks, you will assist in the fulfillment and processing of orders. The ideal candidate takes pride in accurate, quick, and efficient operation. We are looking for a quick learner with strong communication skills, well-versed in high-volume warehouse environments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Move inventory and materials throughout the warehouse/showroom as needed
• Sort, organize, and store inventory in the proper location
• Package and label items safely and correctly
• Stack and organize large bulk items
• Ensure adherence to safety measures and utilization of safety equipment
• Work with a sense of urgency to complete tasks in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
• Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse and work areas, ensuring they are free of debris
• Assist customers with loading or unloading as needed

Qualifications:

• At least one year of previous warehouse experience is required
• Forklift certification is mandatory
• Physically able to lift, carry, push, pull, or guide up to 50 pounds or more
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and monitoring of quality/quantity of inventory
• Highly organized with the ability to store items efficiently
