Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EDT

Job Summary

A leading organization in the cybersecurity sector is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to join its Strategic Marketing team on a temporary contract. The position will focus on executing marketing programs, supporting event coordination, and driving campaign logistics. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-motivated approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and execution of marketing programs and events (webinars, field events, digital campaigns)
• Manage event registration, communication workflows, and post-event follow-ups
• Maintain marketing materials, inventory, and asset updates
• Track campaign performance metrics using CRM and marketing tools
• Support marketing administration tasks including budgeting and vendor coordination
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
• Provide tactical support to regional field marketing managers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role (cybersecurity or tech preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools
• Experience with project and workflow tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront)
• Understanding of contract processes and basic budget tracking
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting digital marketing or field marketing campaigns
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity or B2B technology sectors
• Exposure to marketing analytics tools and dashboards
• Interest or experience using AI tools for copywriting or campaign support

Pay Range: $37.02 – $41.83 per hour

Work Environment: 100% remote; standard business hours in Eastern Time

Contract Length: Until January 31, 2025, with potential for extension
