Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for our client in Lynwood, CA. This is an opportunity to work with a leading pharmaceutical company offering excellent benefits and long-term stability.

- Pay: $35–$39/hour
- Shifts Available: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

What You’ll Do:
- Perform general building maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and remodeling tasks.
- Conduct repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing motors, updating appliances, and reconfiguring modular offices.
- Manage janitorial duties, special projects, and maintain storage areas and inventory.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure facility needs are met.
- Ensure safe work conditions and report any hazards immediately.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years’ experience in general facilities maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and carpentry systems.
- Ability to use hand, power, and bench tools and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed; valid Driver’s License required if operating company vehicles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
