Export Control Compliance Analyst (Contractor) – Hiring Immediately!

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an Export Control Compliance Analyst for one of our top clients in the electronic component manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader and contribute to high-stakes compliance operations.

Pay: $40 - $45/hour (DOE)

Assignment Type: Temporary (Contract Role)

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure full compliance with Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and company protocols.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for export operations.
• Analyze and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess and enhance program effectiveness.
• Lead and maintain accurate Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) classification processes.
• Provide compliance support on deemed exports, international travel, visitors, and shipping regulations.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales, and business units to ensure proper product and tech classification.
• Act as a key resource for training, documentation, and process optimization.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce risk.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a relevant field.

Experience:

• Proven background in export compliance, regulatory analysis, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of EAR and ECCN classification systems.

Technical Proficiency:

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Experience using compliance tracking systems

Core Skills:

• SOP development and KPI monitoring
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or cross-functionally
