Customer Support Coordinator – Salesforce Data Entry & Customer Engagement

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator for a full-time opportunity supporting customer data management and inbound service operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and eager to build experience in a dynamic, team-focused environment. Training will be provided.

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary

Schedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hours

What You’ll Do:

• Enter and process customer information accurately and efficiently in Salesforce
• Exercise discretion and sound judgment when communicating internally and externally
• Provide accurate and complete information in line with department protocols
• Resolve customer queries by identifying root causes and offering appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with Operations and other internal teams to address customer concerns
• Maintain customer accounts and process adjustments as needed
• Log and monitor incoming orders using internal tracking spreadsheets
• Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors or team leads as appropriate

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer relations or support role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain composed under pressure
• Active listening skills and a customer-first mindset
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
