We have partnered with a leading manufacturer in Milwaukee, WI, looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative. This role will support growth and deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers. You will play a key part in managing customer interactions throughout the entire commercial cycle—from order placement to product development and delivery. We are seeking a self-motivated professional with a strong background in customer service within a manufacturing setting, committed to enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customer accounts through clear, consistent communication and trust.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries about orders, product specifications, delivery timelines, and more. Direct calls to the appropriate department as needed.
• Take ownership of customer concerns and see issues through to resolution with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with Operations, Product Engineering, and Sales teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure accurate documentation of quotes, purchase orders, RFQs, and customer files. Prepare and deliver monthly reports as needed.
• Contribute to Lean process initiatives and other efforts aimed at improving service efficiency and accuracy.

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to resolving customer issues.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining customer records and processing requests.
• A commitment to driving continuous improvement in processes and service delivery.
