Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $28 - $34/hour + 3rd Shift Differential
Shifts Available:
- 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday, 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM

What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate multiple CNC lathe machines to produce complex aerospace parts
- Collaborate with fellow machinists and leads to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Follow blueprints, MOTs, and written instructions to meet production goals
- Coordinate shift handoffs and ensure clear communication between teams
- Work closely with Engineering and Quality departments when required
- Maintain safe operations and high standards of quality and productivity
- Assist with training and mentoring of fellow team members
- Support daily business goals under the guidance of the Business Unit Manager
What We’re Looking For:
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of CNC machine operation and setup
- Understanding of GD&T and modern inspection techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
- High level of manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, focused, and able to work independently
- Excellent math skills for conversions, inventory control, and machine settings
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
- Willingness to train and support peers as needed
