Responsibilities
- The person would require very good organizational skills as well as being talented at managing several tasks at once.
- This person would need to be able to stay on a schedule for much of the day while being flexible to handle constantly changing incoming requests.
- They will need to assist persons both on sight and remotely as many members of the team are either offsite or travel frequently
- Maintain and schedule Trade Compliance mailbox items
- o Flagging/Forwarding emails
- o Shifting IP/SAPPI emails
- o EUS Screenings/Approvals (email request)
- o Asking for information missing
- Handle Customer Requests
- o FTA/COO Certificate
- Monitoring email request
- Data Entry (Spreadsheet)
- Yearly Blankets
- Communication w/ Copper Hill
- Issuing Certificates
- Run sales and Bill of material reports as needed
- o HTS/Origin Request (Reviewing/Forwarding/replying)
- Zurn HTS request
- Customer Care HTS/Origin request
- Look up & Create excel spreadsheets for requests for the analysts
- Must be proficient with V-Lookups and Pivot Tables.
- Using Analyst data -Create Origin Certificates and Free Trade Agreements for signature in a timely manner while working with a SSAS program.
- Data entry for any new/updated HTS and COO into SAP and other systems as required • Send requests for updated certificates from vendors
- Maintain records of vendor certificates
- Update/manage trade compliance training log
- Update Certificate log daily with completed forms
- Denied party screenings (DPS)

- Screenings
- Screening uploads
- o Dow Jones
- Review
▪ EUS Screenings (VE)
- Ordering Supplies
- Budget/Expense Tracking
- US Refund Checks
- o Data entry
- Check Log
- Journal Entry
- Respond to various group email requests with proper pre-written responses
- Miscellaneous Projects
- Assist Trade Compliance Analysts, Trade Compliance Managers and Director of Trade Compliance as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred – Associates degree required.
- Have extremely good skills with Microsoft programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook with a benefit if they have knowledge in Access and PowerPoint.
- Compliance background or experience preferred.
