About Our Client:

Job Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Manage intercompany transactions
• Reconcile vendor statements and address vendor inquiries
• Gather necessary information for billing calculations
• Enter customer billings accurately and on schedule
• Assist with additional tasks and projects as required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounts payable and basic accounting knowledge
• Preferably, experience within the construction industry
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering results
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a professional team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong data entry and 10-Key skills
• Previous exposure to or proficiency in Timberline software is preferred
• Capable of managing high volumes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
